It has direct access to an exclusive garden with barbecue facilities and the use of the beautiful communal swimming pool located a few metres away and offering breathtaking views. The air-conditioned flat offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

On the ground floor of the flat there is a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor are the 3 double bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms with showers. Outside there is a small area equipped with a barbecue belonging to the flat.
