Home is located within a close proximity to indoor/outdoor water parks ( Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback ) skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, stadiums, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos and more.

Bedroom 1: King Bed (2nd floor) + en-suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2: Full Bed (1st floor)
Bedroom 3: Full Bed + Full over Full Bunk Bed (1st floor)
Living area: Couch (Air mattresses on premises if needed )

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioning and heat via central air throughout the house.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to all community amenities including two scenic lakes ideal for boating, fishing, and swimming. Equipment rentals; including kayaks, bikes, and sports gear, are available at the Rental Shack. 4 sandy beaches, 3 heated outdoor pools, playgrounds, picnic areas, and a Lodge with indoor activities like karaoke, crafts, live music, a fitness center, billiards, and a library.

Guest Pass Fees: Charged after booking for all guests 7yrs old and over.
Off Season: Labor Day through Memorial Day. $2/guest per night. $20 per vehicle.
Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day. $8.50/guest per night. $20 per vehicle.

** Reservations within 72 hrs of check-in or failure to submit required guest/vehicle info by the deadline incur an additional $100 community fee.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pools are open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Other outdoor amenities are open weather permitting.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas grill. Backyard is equipped with a dining table, seating, fire pit, and plenty of space.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, wok, grill press, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway ($20/vehicle for the stay)

All guests must pay for a pass. The pass grants full access to all ammenities in the community. Guests 6 and under do not require a pass.

Arrowhead Lake Community: Various community amenities that are available for use during every season to guests. Arrowhead Lake and North Arrowhead Lake take center stage for outdoor recreation and can be used for boating, fishing and swimming. Arrowhead Lake is 235 acres while North Arrowhead Lake is 86 acres. Both lakes are the centerpiece of our summer and winter recreational activities. Don’t have a boat or kayak? No problem. Visit our Rental Shack to rent one. You can also rent sports equipment and bikes too.

In addition to the lakes, Arrowhead has 4 sand beaches, 3 outdoor heated pools each with a playground, picnic tables, and more. If you like indoor activities like karaoke, bingo, crafts, and live music, then the Lodge is the place you want to be. In addition to those activities, you can enjoy a good workout at the fitness center, play billiards, read a good book, or watch DVDs at the Lodge as well.
