Situated in Plouider in North Finistère - in a unique panoramic location (right next to the famous Hotel de La Butte and the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant of the same name). A huge 210 m² for just 6 people - the holiday villa with style and good taste; designed to offer luxury in a lot of space. Our wish was to offer a spacious house for rent that surpasses all other houses in the neighbourhood in terms of comfort! In addition to a large modern kitchen, you can expect a voluminous and open-plan living and dining area of over 80m² - naturally with first-class sea views. Of course, you can also experience this marvellous panoramic sea view from the large SPA area (50m², skylight, Italian shower, large Finnish sauna and enormous swimming jacuzzi with 4m length and counter-current system). The 3 bedrooms with double beds are located around the library on the first floor - here, too, the panoramic sea view is guaranteed (one room faces the garden) - special mention should be made of the master bedroom with en suite bathroom on 35m² (with its own separate Italian shower + WC).

It is a typical house for a couple looking for exclusivity, but who would like to take their dog with them on holiday (the property is 100% fenced and there is even a dog shower with hot water for the 4-legged friends - all year round). With older children or friends, or the parents-in-law. The house is not suitable for smaller children!

There is incredible space everywhere, even all the bathrooms and especially the showers are large and spacious, there is a library with a balcony with a marvellous sea view on the first floor.
The heart of your holiday is certainly the impressive wellness area with a large window front and additional skylight - here you can relax in the large Finnish sauna (5m²) or the swimming jacuzzi with counter-current system for swimming fans and massage jets for wellness lovers. We have not chosen a classic swimming pool - but the large Jacuzzi sports and wellness equipment. Just round the corner is your 30 m² sun terrace with a special outdoor shower "from below"; not just for sauna fans. Of course there is a modern gas plancha for your delicious holiday BBQ.
As we are dog lovers ourselves, we have completely fenced in the grounds around Bellevue. Dogs are very welcome but only with prior notice,
The gravel car park of the holiday home is accessible via a large sliding gate (lockable) - and even offers private parking for several cars directly in front of your holiday home - a charging station for cars is at your disposal (we charge a fee per plug-in hybrid or electric vehicle per week - we kindly ask you to register such vehicles in advance).
The garden is for your exclusive use - as well as several terraces and balconies - mostly with panoramic SEA VIEWS, next to the SPA area we have placed a garden dining table with six chairs - so you can eat comfortably outside when the Breton weather permits, a gas plancha is available there for barbecuing. You have the most beautiful view from the upper balcony - a marvellous place to enjoy "Bellevue", be it just the sunset in the evening, the sunrise in the morning - or to watch the panoramic sea view, most beautiful at high tide and a little sun, then the sea shines turquoise blue "like in the Caribbean".

Your holiday villa Bellevue Côte des Légendes is located directly by the sea on the magnificent sandy beaches of the Côte des Legendes - unlike rocky Brittany, the sandy beaches are the main attraction here. North Finistère is often overlooked or forgotten when people visit Brittany. Holidaymakers are all the more enthusiastic when they get to know our region. The area is rural and we are at the heart of Brittany's vegetable production. The region is particularly characterised by the Gulf Stream climate, which gives farmers up to four harvests a year. The second influence is of course the sea - and the weather is strongly influenced by the tides. The view from your holiday home is typical of our region - lots of greenery and the horizon is a glorious blue sea. The region is less touristy, neither the sea nor the beaches are heavily populated even in summer. However, although this corner of Brittany is at the "end of the world", it is very easy to reach by road. This is thanks to the city of Brest, which is only about 30 km from the holiday home - you are well connected to the motorway system of Brittany with the RN12 (these are always free here) - in 15/20 minutes you are from the motorway to the house; but the TGV stops in Brest and the international airport is also only about 25 km from the house. (My tip: why sit in the car for a long time? Take the train or book a flight - hire a car and you'll be more relaxed when you get here). Even though Brest is the largest city in North Finistère, it is unfortunately not a beauty, although much has been done in recent years to beautify the city, not least the public cable car over the naval harbour, which has helped to increase its attractiveness. Welcome to beautiful North Finistère!
We "landed" here in beautiful Finistère a few years ago, and after a short time we couldn't leave this "marvellous corner of the world". In addition to our own holiday homes, our agency takes care of everything. We love Finistère - and we look after all our holiday properties just as lovingly. This property is our own centrepiece was built between 2021 and 2022 and was ready for our guests to move into from July 2022. Our aim was to offer one of the few 5-star houses in Finistère for rent.
As described, Villa Bellevue Côte des Légendes is our own holiday home - located in a picturesque setting by the sea - spoilt by the countryside! You will be surprised how much space you will find everywhere, even in high season our North Finistère is never overcrowded. The right Breton "corner" for all guests who want to really relax, really "come down" and this in our marvellous nature, here the world is still in order (we often say ourselves about "our" Finistère) the air is clean, the water clear and !!! warm and friendly people . Now our experience showed us that there was actually one type of house missing in the whole of Finistère - that was the birth of the idea "Villa Bellevue Côte des Légendes" - a really large villa with a lot of space, luxuriously tasteful but then only for a very exclusive number of guests - and then a panoramic sea view that is rarely so grandiose and the sea is practically at your feet!
We are very proud of this unique 5 star villa in Finistère. A first-class description of the surroundings should include the fact that the villa is located in a phonetically well shielded position on the Departementale towards the large bay of Goulven - the Plouider hill promises an unobstructed and breathtaking sea view. The Hotel de la Butte right next door doesn't want to miss out on this view either! Incidentally, the restaurant is only a few metres away and you can choose between an excellent bistro and a gourmet restaurant with a Michelin star - just a stone's throw from the villa! The same applies to the bakery right on your doorstep, it is one of the best in our region and is also run by the Hotel de la Butte !!!
