We are offering this charming house for rent in Pléneuf-Val-André, close to the beach, with Wi-Fi, covering an area of 80 m² and accommodating up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms (two of which are adjoining), two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approximately 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

⚠️ **Please note: building work is currently taking place in the neighbourhood.** Some noise may be audible during the day.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (one space).
