Herenhuizen in Pleasanton - Livermore

'Room: I have an elderly mother I take care of so I make sure to look for a shower with a seat she can sit on when she take a shower and I always book through Expedia and when I chose the room the room was nothing like pic. Night time staff was nice. Breakfast: I paid on Expedia extra for breakfast...

'Upon arrival we were informed by the registration clerk that we were required to pay a total of $13.00 per night for parking - in Pleasanton, CA! 'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The only reason for the low stars on amenities is because I didn’t get to use them as they were over run by children. The pool is also shared by 2 hotels. The hot tub was cold when were actually able to get in the next morning at 8am. Overall I would stay again but i would just do my research better and not go when there is a kids sports tournament going on.'
