'I had forgotten my phone charger and I went to buy one in the small shop they had but it was mostly food. The desk person gave me one to borrow and I returned it the next morning. It saved me from having to go drive to a store to get one late at night.'

The toilet would not flush, it had a strange plastic apparatus under the lid that seemed cheap. I told the manager during check out, he said he would check it out. 'The room did have a Musty smell, not saying it wasn't clean but the odor was like the room had been not aired out in a while. or they need to shampoo the carpet. Bathroom was clean and kitchen area was clean. but for 150.00 a night I did expect a little better, than musty smelling room but over all I give it a 3.5 stars out of 5.'

'The checking experience was smooth and we were happy with the room. However the service is really bad in regards to cleaning the room. Apparently rooms are not cleaned if guests leave the room after 12 pm. I haven’t read anything about it before, also I wasn’t warned about this rule. I was ok with one day not having the room cleaned and called the front desk to make sure they clean the room the next day. 'The property was in good shape, the room was clean and they had great amenities. The check in was fast and the gave information about the key card, how to get to the elevator, vending machine and ice. I did ask for the first floor when I reserved the room. I ended up on the third but the elevator was close as well as the room from the elevator. The one garbage can outside was full. By morning the birds had taken garbage out of the can. It was all over. Overall, a great stay'
