The rooms each have a great balcony with chairs, table, etc. They have so many things one usually doesn’t find in a place at this rate that I was continually amazed – washclothes, boogie boards, surfboards, umbrellas, etc. And a friendly and helpful vibe to boot! 'Het was wel erg veel geld voor een super klein hokje. Raam zat erg hoog en kon niet open. Er werden heel veel plastic wegwerp bekers gebruikt.'

'The hotel rooms are very basic, and dated, but clean. There was no blow dryer. AC was cool, but noisy. It was fine for one night before we flew home. Very close to the beach. The breakfast was a full breakfast and filled us up for the morning. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s a small pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. If I were staying for a longer period I would book one of the villas which looked lovely and updated.'

'Beautiful property on a hill with spectacular views of the ocean. Large spacious rooms and authentic Costa Rican food. Reliable shuttle to connect to the beach since the hotel is on a hill and walking up/down the hill an be challenging. Really warm ocean waters and hot temperatures with no humidity. Relatively no mosquitoes around this time of the year!'

'What a cute little B&B! Staff was beyond kind and courteous. The grounds felt safe and were gated. For the price and proximity to the airport (35-40 min), it was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was lovely and the fellow guests were so nice to converse with in the super charming dining area. We had a little trouble finding it, with 2 steep climbs that lead us to residential properties. The B&B was actually close to the main road and the gate attendant had just stepped away for a moment....

'Really great one-night stay. The guest rooms seem to be brand new and the bed was very comfortable. The property is very serene and quiet….We had our most restful night of our whole trip here! Seeing the horses that live on the property in the morning really added to the whole vibe. The manager (owner?)
