'It was a beautiful area and the howler monkeys were amazing. We spotted a few sloths in the trees by the beach - great restaurant attached to the hotel. However our room smelled like mold and the sewage system was concerning'

'The pool was large and wonderful with many deaths for adults as well as kids. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Service was top notch, especially Diego on the front desk. The property is about 5 years old but looks brand new. Landscaping us mature and beautiful. My only recommendations would be to offer a larger selection with the "breakfast included" and put lamps on bedside tables and the desk. We stayed in a Jr Suite. We plan to stay there again.'

'I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The pool was well-maintained and a nice spot to unwind. A special shoutout to Maria at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and sweet, and made check-in a breeze. Great customer service like that really makes a difference.
