'Agréable séjour. Seul bémol, propriétaire contacté pour une difficulté de connexion au Wifi mais resté sans réponse durant les 2 nuits de location. La proximité de l'aéroport facilite l'accès (compter 15 de taxi). On entend le bruit fréquent des avions qui décollent mais sans que ce soit insupportable et c'est totalement logique avec l'emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport. Eau chaude dans le logement mais probablement une réserve sous-dimensionnée pour le nombre d'appartements et l'utilisation...

'Das war ein absolute Frechheit. Das Zimmer war verschmutzt (Haare im Bett und in den Handtüchern, klebrige Farbe an der Tür & Überreste von Insekten an den Wänden), die Toilette war zweimal verstopft und es roch aus dem Duschabfluss und es gab keine Duschwand. Das vermerkte WLAN gab es nicht, nach vermehrter Anfrage bei den Vermietern kam keine Antwort, am Telefon wurde man abgewimmelt, es wurde behauptet es wird sich gekümmert, wurde es letztendlich aber nicht. 'Terrible experience overall. There was no email with check-in details or property information. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to send a wire transfer for an additional payment they called a “tourist tax.” I specifically chose Vrbo for the simplicity and security of booking and payment, but this property completely bypassed that process.I contacted the property manager through Vrbo and was told I needed to reach out to the property owner myself and coordinate this extra payment....

'Vu le petit prix du logement, il est évident qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à un hôtel 4 étoiles.Dans la chambre, il y a un grand placard, pratique. Un lit et des oreillers confortables.Vu que le logement est situé près de l'aéroport, il est logique que l'on entende les nombreux avions. Très bien situé près de nombreux commerces, plages, restaurants, Carrefour…La douche est vieillotte, mais le plus important, l'eau est chaude.Et, pratique, il y a une climatisation qui fonctionne.Juste pour y...

'All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! '

'We loved staying here. Right in the heart of historic Palma but so very quiet. Lovely little outside space to enjoy a coffee. The apartment was very well equipped and everything worked well. Only problem we encountered was receiving the checkin information despite many emails and texts requesting it. We didn’t receive the information until we touched down in Palma. Other than that a very pleasing stay. '
