'We were on second floor, water pressure in shower was very warm but not enough pressure. Also, the walk in shower leaked so we had water on tile floor when we exited. Rooms were renovated and looked good. King bed was a bit high to get in and out of, but I am 5’4”. Great location to UT Tyler'

'The building is a quick overnight place to rest your head. The building is old and under construction. Found two small roaches from a crack in the restroom tile grout that I had to kill so they would go into my bags. The staff was nice but the building is worn down. The restroom mirror had exposed wires coming out of the conduit. This would not be my first choice to come back.'

'AC was very noisy, the sheets had holes, besides the breakfast was included, they requested me to pay $3 per breakfast, finally, they requested a deposit of $100 (it was reimbursed), I didn't know I had to pay a deposit'

'The staff was nice and attentive when we needed them but the room was just ok. We had three trash cans but none with bags so we had to dump our trash in the empty baskets. There were also tiny bugs flying around the window area. '
