« This trip was one of the best experiences for me and my girlfriend, and overall everything was positive. Our stay coincided with a severe winter storm that caused power outages in parts of Allentown, including the hotel. The outage created major disruptions — key cards malfunctioned, heating systems failed, phones were down, and essential services stopped working. « The Hyatt in Bethlehem PA gets a high five for every step of the way. The staff at reception were friendly, the room was great. The included breakfast offered a good mix of options, and I took advantage of the gym and pool as well. All good. »
