I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody...

'Just right for a quick couple of days at our church convention. WHile within in walking distance to Peublo Convention Center, it was up hill one way! Clean and cheery.....enjoyed hosts' introduction and instructions......perfect price!'

'Cookware was dirty, oven was disgusting. The stovetop was missing one of the knobs to turn on the stovetop. The host was not available the three times we tried to reach her. There was no heat in this apartment, all heat came from stand up space heaters. It was freezing, we had to purchase blankets to stay warm. The furniture was gross and dirty. The noise from the upstairs apartment was awful, dogs barked all night, and loud music woke us when we did sleep. Called the mgr, and the next day...

'We ended up leaving and going to a hotel since the first thing we noticed when we walked in the mini split was freezing over and dripping water onto floor. Still waiting refund.'

'The host was great, location was good and apartment was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Curtains for windows in the bedrooms would be nice as outdoor security lights were very bright. Additional suggestions for improvement would be hangers for clothes in closets and hooks for hanging coats in open closet nook in hallway. '
