'Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis met geweldig uitzicht. Door de ligging volledige privacy. De kinderen konden zo volop van het zwembad genieten zonder zorgen om geluidsoverlast voor buren want die zitten op geruime afstand. Voor vakantie met kinderen deren zonder zwemdiploma mogelijk minder geschikt zo zonder omheining van het zwembad, maar voor ons ideaal. Elke dag genoten van het uitzicht. De zee met de auto snel te bereiken. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je niet makkelijk lopend...

'This is a beautiful villa with a great sea view. It was beautifully decorated with a sea view from the living room and main bedroom and had everything we needed and more! It's a great location being walking distance to the sea front with restaurants and bars and while the road back is uphill, it was easily managed by us. We also had a car for food shopping etc. We would highly recommend this villa.'

There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and the property was fully equipped with great extras such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice box. Plenty of on street parking outside the property. A new dishwasher had been installed in the kitchen.'

'We had a brilliant holiday, the house was perfect for us, with plenty of room for 7 adults and 7 children. The table outside was big enough for us to eat together and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was well used and although a bit cold at first it was comfortable to be in. A nice walk down to the beach and lots of places to eat. The hosts were lovely, they stayed in contact via text and were really accommodating. Thank you for having us.'

'Très belle maison, bien équipée et bien située. La vue dégagée sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Tout est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. L'accueil et les conseils de Stuart sont excellents. Pas de problème particulier sur le check-in et check-out, tout est clair sur ce point, une fois installée vous n'avez plus trop envie de bouger ! le village de Mojacar très proche est joli celui de Bedar également, si vous souhaitez visiter l'Andalousie il faudra faire un peu de route, plages à 20', Cabo de...

'If you are looking to stay in one of the loveliest homes in a beautiful setting, this is for you. We were treated so well by Sara and Dom. they could not have done enough for us, certainly over and above anything we have experienced before when renting a villa. The historical property is surrounded by Orange and Lemon groves in a peaceful and tranquil setting. We had various grandchildren and family staying a different times and there was something for all ages, ours are between 3 and 23 years....

'We spent a week at the villa and it was a perfect retreat. The property is modern and clean with all the extras you could hope for like a dishwasher and coffee machine. 'Absolutely lovely place, house was great, like a show home, had everything you could possibly want, host extremely helpful going above making sure that we were all happy The only down side is the location was a 10 minute drive from the centre and their was a builders yard next to us, so lots of lorries in the mornings'
