'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'

'Entire resort was very nice. Not fancy really but everything was very clean, very easy to get around, excellent service, we never had to wait to eat, the food was all really good with a pretty fair selection at the buffet and amazing food at the restaurants. Our room was huge and again not fancy but it was very nice. Would definitely recommend! '

'Ok so at first I wasn’t a fan I’ve seen better.. but once there the staff, the access to the beach, and food made up for the resorts outdated look. We travel often to great resorts and lately it seems customer service has gone down the drain but at Hyatt PV the customer service stood out. The pool service (Fernando) was amazing, even when at the beach a waiter asked if we wanted anything. The restaurants aswell! The manager or captain at the morning buffet was super nice as well as the waiters...

'We arrived on Thursday and were not allowed to check in our get a room for hours. They had no safe place to keep our luggage and so were piling people’s luggage in the lobby. There must have been 100 bags and anyone could rummage through them. Even though they gave us wrist bands to start our trip. But we had our passports and wallets and important stuff on us and couldn’t leave it so were bound to sitting in chairs until our rooms were finally ready. We found the front desk staff to not be...

'This hotel is wonderful! The people working there are very friendly and kind. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning and breakfast is included. The property is well maintained, beautiful, and full of gorgeous plants. There is a rooftop pool and lounge area with a view of the ocean. I’m looking forward to visiting this hotel again!'
