Gastvrije landlord. Magnifiek haast naast Bamburgh Castle'

'I loved my stay. It was beautiful kept, very clean and bright. The owner she was so full of energy, always smiling and laughing. Very caring as well, eger to please everyone. I had a view of Bamburgh Castle from my room, which was a 10 min walk to get to. Most definitely would stay again and highly recommend.'

'The house was immaculately clean for our arrival and there was a nice welcome pack waiting for us. The house is really comfortable, very well equipped and a pleasure to stay in.'

Handig!'

'It was fine for an overnight stay. However we both found the beds very uncomfortable. Nice enough bar and friendly locals.'

'If you stay in the cottage the water is powered by a tank and therefore the hot water runs out and i therefore had to have a cold shower!!'

'Stayed with my wife for a one night break. The room itself was very nice and clean but unfortunately the bathroom/toilet had a rather unpleasant smell suggesting there were issues with the drains. It had been raining and the French window door had a poor seal at the bottom so the carpet there was wet. In the morning the hot water was only luke warm (we were told there was possibly a problem with the boiler and given an apology but nothing else). The bar lacked a nice seating area for hotel...

'The bar & outside area was really good. Lovely beer garden. Staff were very friendly. We did not have breakfast but Dinner menu had a good selection of very tasty food.'

'Amazing inn with super attentive staff. Highly recommend!'

'It was very cold and windy the two nights I was there, and the first night the heater wasn’t working. But they provided a space heater and also fixed the radiator heater in my room. They were very accommodating, and all the staff was helpful.'
