'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now. 'The outside of the hotel was lovely with a modern look but we were put in the basement down some stairs in the back which was very dark and gloomy and smelled moldy and the washroom was painted in a dark red even the ceiling and including the tiles, making it look like a dungeon, we complained and for extra cost were moved to the first floor but the washroom was still the ugly red and the balcony was facing the street. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first night. There was no staff at...

'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought.
