Cottages in Placida

'A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bring your boat or take the water taxi and leave everything behind. We had an amazing time on our week long trip. Combing the beaches on secluded islands to just relaxing on the screened in porch in total silence. The beach house had everything we needed and was very hidden away from our neighbors. Adding the golf cart was awesome too as we discovered other parts of the island to see the beach and sunsets nightly. We would definitely...

'We loved our stay here! The home was very clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. The house had plenty of room for our family. We will definitely be back.'

'My daughter and I traveled with our two frenchies to enjoy a beach escape. This was the perfect place! It's close to the grocery store, food, parks, and the beaches! We had an issue with the screened room door, but they came out and fixed it. That made the stay even better as we were able to access the backyard without going through the side gate. Those with smaller dogs may want to make sure you secure your pet on a lead until you know if they can fit under the fence or not. There is one side...

'Perfect location, we walked to stump pass a couple times and when we just wanted to sit on the beach it was very close. The backpack style beach chairs were convenient and we made good use of the shark teeth equipment and found a lot of sharks teeth. The kayaks were a highlight, easy to put in across the street and you don’t have to go very far to have the dolphins swim right up to you! Just down the canal that you put the boat in and hang a right and maybe a quarter mile and the dolphins are...

'I’ve stayed at Ovalando Place numerous times, my go-to location every time I come to the area! Clean, perfect location to shopping, restaurants, great host, and close to my family. It’s a pleasure to stay here; has everything I need.'

'We really enjoyed our stay there found it to be like cute centrally located. We love Bokeelia and it’s just a cute little street. Cute little house easy-going not like crazy fancy but not not unlivable either. We just dug it and we will go back there again my son and I fish out out of the marina and stay there and just found it to be like totally cool.'

'My family and I had a wonderful Father's Day weekend. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The proximity to the beach was nice as well. Even without being beach front, it was only a short walk and you were on the beautiful beach! Very nice and clean, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks.'
