Just needed a place for my family of 4 (2 tweens) to sleep and bathe while settling my mom in memory care. This place reminded me of a college guy’s apartment. We got in around 10pm, which wasn’t a problem, but meant we couldn’t take care of a missing blanket until the next day.The good: It was generally clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, though the mattresses didn’t have covers.The bad: The air mattress leaked, so one of us was on the hard floor after a couple hours. The extra blanket for the air mattress was a 3’x3’ throw. When I asked for a new mattress and blanket, someone dropped off a blanket and I was told the mattress had been ordered and they’d keep me posted on delivery time. There are lots of same-day delivery possibilities, so I believed them. But at 5-6pm after no update, I asked if it was actually coming and was told I should get my own and they’d try to reimburse me. Sent receipt. I’m still waiting for that reimbursement. If they couldn’t figure out how to get an air mattress from Amazon or a Target a mile away, I doubt they’ll know how to pay me. The sofa is not the one pictured. It’s now a hard, skinny “leather” bench-like sofa. So that wasn’t an alternative to the air mattress.The bedroom doors don’t close. The bathroom doorknob could fall off any second. Low water pressure.It’s bare - think 4 forks, 1 towel and washcloth per person, 1 big bottle of 3-in-1 soap, plastic blinds, fridge leaks based on floor damage.
