'Everything was great with the house. Could use a few more forks to match the amount of plates. Garbage was overflowing in the outside bins. Could solve that by having a cheat sheet of when garbage should be taken down. Need to change description about the garage remote and get email information when checking in for app. Clarification about check out rules/requests. Grill has seen better days.'

'Hector, the host, was communicative, available and helpful. The house was just what we needed to be nearby family we were visiting. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, with a nostalgic California Brady Bunch vibe. The vibe continued inside the house, where some rental updates still don't obscure the underlying 80's bits. 'The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

'Amenities were in good condition. Only thing missing was a cookie tray for baking, but we bought that and left it behind for the next guest. Extremely easy check in/out process and nice remodel to make a very nice place to stay in Vallejo. '

'Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.'

'Nicely decorated, comfortable Oakland home. This was a perfect place for 2 couples while we were visiting our kids at Berkeley. Alli was a gracious host and very easy to communicate with. We also really enjoyed the backyard as a hangout spot and the lighting after dark. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.'
