This matters if you are a remote worker, have a kid who wants to read or listen to library books, or need wifi to supplement poor cape cell service. This was brought to the attention of staff, was then gaslit that wifi "was fine because they were using it" only to observe that staff were on a locked network. It is a KNOWN issue because...

'I will start by saying that our check-in was excellent. When we entered our room, there was a very strong musty smell. I went to request a change of room, and they did it immediately. As I always do when staying at a hotel, I like to disinfect with wipes. While doing it, I noticed certain places need a little more special attention in the cleaning.
