« Très bon hotel bien placé dans un quartier très sûr à Cincinnati à 20mn du centre ville Equipe au top en partant des réceptionnistes ou des sevices d'étage ou du petit déjeuner Personnel très souriant et sympathique Parking facil , petit déjeuner correct , au final très bon rapport qualité prix »

« Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again. »

« Rooms smelled like dirty socks, very low water pressure. The hallways were like saunas, the staff was very difficult to communicate with because they were foreign. Stephanie was rude and argumentative towards our complaints. The breakfast consisted of frozen biscuits, cold sausage and gravy, sausage patties that were like rubber, and waffle mix for Belgium waffles. The only edible thing was the waffles. »

« Beds clean and very soft. Bathroom wa clean. Nice storage space in rooms for suitcases and phone charging. Our blind in our room was broken and wouldn't go up for sunlight in the morning. Breakfast was good but they were not prepared for our team and many of us had cold cinnamon rolls and no eggs/meats/pancakes. »

« The room is great! Very spacious. The bathroom is of a standard size and was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, and the small shop at the front desk was nice. I can't really talk about the bar or restaurant since I didn't use those features. The pool was under construction when I stayed and staff mentioned it wouldn't be open for 3 more months, nor was the fitness room open. Overall the hotel is great, and i would stay again. »
