« It was perfect. It was just for my wife and I, to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed. Area so quit and private, just the kind of stuff we love. The breakfast basket was greatly appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely recommend and even book again. P. S. Saw A rabbit, chipmunks and deer. No bears. Maybe next time .😉 »

« Literally, the perfect cabin for a family get away focused on disconnecting and embracing nature. Me and my three kids visited some great hiking trails and Raystown lake. « "Cabin in the woods" accurately describes your first impressions as you roll into the heavy forest clearing. Great presentation, lovely rustic interior as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen for basic meal preparation. Other than the outcome of the Michigan game it was a perfect weekend! Queen bed mattress is a bit past it's prime but that's the only thing I can think of to improve the quality of the rental. We would stay here again for sure! »

« Stayed overnight with my son. Cabin was perfect for the two of us. Campground was very quiet (it was also the middle of the week). Cabin was clean and very comfortable (flushing toilet and inside shower, ac, small kitchenette, internet, tv, queen bed and a futon). It also had a picnic table and fire pit (so I could show off my fire building skills to my son lol). Ice and fire pit supplies available for purchase so remember some cash. Will be back for sure! »

« Costly for what it is. At a hotel the bathroom is in same room, black out shades, more space, better beds with pillows and blankets, most places offer free breakfast all for less than $200. Thankful it was available but costly. Very quiet Very clean I would recommend 1 of bigger cabins for longer stays, seemed like a safe welcoming place to be. Thus would be 4 star overall review. »

« This is the second time that I have stayed at this property and we are in love with it; it’s beautiful, clean, secluded, and every time I think of some thing that I might want, I find it. For example, one night I was a bit chilly and looked in the bottom drawer of my bedroom to find a weighted blanket… perfection. If I had to complain about anything it would only be that we couldn’t all stay longer. »

« This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. « We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized.
