« The property itself was exceptionally nice. It was new (looking at least), well appointed and conveniently located. The coffee and milk in the fridge were very nice touches. The front porch is the best feature, nice view, very relaxing and a nice place to relax after the day.I felt the photos oversold the privacy aspects a bit. The back deck is in a direct line of view to the adjacent home. The front porch is sheltered from that and even though the view is across the street, a nice view clearing...

« Tranquil location in the woods, a doe and baby greeted us as we pulled up. Nice place to spend the night before an early college move-in. Very quiet. It was a little spendy, but for one night and under the conditions a great alternative to hotels. Literally only one thing would make the stay better: there was a mysteriously missing shower door. Very comfortable beds though, and a big screen TV with streaming services. »

« Our family had a wonderful experience. We were pleased that the property was secluded and enjoyed the majestic surroundings. Also, saw an abundance of wildlife, which included a bear, turkeys, and deer. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and hope to be able to stay at the same location soon! »

« Orchard is beautiful. Appreciate the framed photos, awards and magazine articles hung around the home. Creative use of space too. Outdoor patio is an ideal spot for enjoying the weather. Not as private as I expected—right off the main road and while traffic is little, I thought I’d be more tucked away. »

« Very nice property. Everything as advertised. Be wary of the small step off in the master bedroom, but the front entrance has a a good hand railing. Close to the University! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and used the fire pit. »
