« Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay.
Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful.
Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub.
Only downside, studio was small. »

« I arrived at the Hideaway and was able to park right opposite the entrance to unload. I was pleased to find the accommodation wonderfully clean, compact but extremely well equipped and furnished.
All the equipment was easy to use and the central heating was on with instructions detailing how to use.
As we had a very cold spell with snow it was great to be able to come home to a warm space and to be able to dry wet coats.
The appartment was well situated to access all amenities such as pub, shop...

« Abbi the host was always quick to respond to any messages. The apartment hàd everything you could need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great location for York, really easy on the park & ride. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone. »
