Casa Eva is a mountain cabin located just above the town of Pianello del Lario, here you can enjoy peace and relax throughout your stay. Thanks to the raised position, here you will not have any disturb or noise from the town and the road, and there are no other houses nearby, so privacy is guaranteed.



Despite being in a very quiet position, going down for just 4 km to the lakeside you will find all the services you will need during your holiday (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).



You can choose whether to spend your holidays always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying in the garden!



The house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people.



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The second bedroom, on the lower level also has a double bed and a wardrobe.



On the mezzanine we find two single beds.



There are two bathrooms, both complete with shower with shower cubicle, sink with mirror, WC and bidet.



The entire garden around the house is at your disposal, with outdoor table, deckchairs and barbecue.



You can park your car directly in the courtyard.
