We stayed at the hotel for five nights and, apart from the cleanliness, the experience fell far below what a so-called ‘Luxus’ hotel should offer. The photos and descriptions are misleading: the hotel is not actually by the sea unless you pay extra for the beach loungers, and the many pools shown online belong to beach bars, not the hotel. At night, the noise from scooters and loud music was constant, making it difficult to relax. Inside the room, the hot water ran out almost immediately, forcing one of us to wait for it to heat again, and on some nights we were left without light for a few minutes—something completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming luxury. The breakfast was almost nonexistent, something I genuinely prefer not to comment on further.
However, the worst part came on our last day during check-out. While we were still inside the room, even using the bathroom, the staff entered to check the minibar without proper notice, which felt extremely intrusive and unprofessional. Since our flight was late, we asked them to store our luggage and went to the beach. During our relaxation time, we received three separate messages demanding that we return the laundry bag or pay for it.unnecessary and completely inappropriate. Instead of simply waiting until we returned, they chose to disturb us repeatedly over something so minor.
A hotel calling itself ‘Luxus’ should offer at least basic professionalism. This one didn’t. We cannot recommend it.
