Need a little friendly competition? The separate game room gives kids and adults another place to hang out, with plenty of games on site for family fun. There's also a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to open the laptop and get a little work done between adventures.

Tempe evenings are meant to be enjoyed outside! Gather around the fire pit, enjoy dinner outdoors, challenge the family to a game on the bocce ball court, or settle in for a relaxed evening after a day at ASU or exploring the Valley. The outdoor area offers another inviting space to spend time together.

LOCATION
You're just minutes from ASU and Sun Devil Stadium, making Tempe Hideaway a great home base for football weekends, campus visits, graduations, family weekends and university events. Mill Avenue, Tempe dining and entertainment are also within easy reach.

PLEASE NOTE — CASITA ON PROPERTY
There is a separate casita located on the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The casita has its own private entrance and its own designated outdoor space. The main home and casita are separate rentals, but because both are located on the same property, guests should be aware that the overall property is shared.

Traveling with a larger group? Message the host to ask about availability for renting the entire property, including both the main house and casita.

The entire main house is yours to enjoy during your stay, along with the main portion of the backyard and its amenities. There’s plenty of space to spread out, relax, play, and enjoy both indoors and out.

Please note that the casita is a separate rental with its own entrance and designated outdoor area. We ask that you respect the privacy of casita guests and leave any areas or amenities designated for their use undisturbed.

By booking Tempe Hideaway, guests agree to follow these house rules throughout their stay:

★ Minimum Age: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the property throughout the reservation.

★ Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests at any time. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been received from the host.

★ Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and casita guests. Excessive noise, amplified outdoor music, or other disturbances are not permitted.

★ No Parties or Events: Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.

★ No Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.

★ No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Please dispose of any permitted outdoor smoking materials safely and never leave cigarette butts on the property.

★ Casita & Guest Privacy: The casita is a separate rental and may be occupied during your stay. Please do not enter the casita, its designated outdoor space, or use amenities designated for casita guests. Please respect their privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property.

★ Parking: Guests must park only in designated areas and may not block neighboring properties, sidewalks, driveways, or access areas.

★ Outdoor Areas: Please be considerate when using the backyard, fire pit, bocce ball court, and outdoor dining areas, particularly during quiet hours.

★ No Unauthorized Commercial Use: Professional photography, filming, events, or commercial activities require advance written approval from the host.

★ City Violations & Fines: Guests are responsible for fines, citations, or penalties resulting from their actions or violations during the reservation, to the extent permitted by Airbnb's policies and applicable law.

★ Respect the Property: Please treat the home, furnishings, games, outdoor spaces, and amenities with care. Report accidental damage or maintenance concerns to the host promptly.

Violation of these house rules may result in action consistent with Airbnb policies, including cancellation of the reservation where permitted.
