Family winter get away

Good location with many close hikes available. Quiet neighborhood with access to shopping/resturants. We had a little issue with the door lock, but very happy overall.

Christmas getaway

We booked this stay for a quick 4 day Christmas getaway this year. The house was way bigger than what we needed for 4 people, but we loved it! Between the games and the pool we had an amazing time. The host was quick and very helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely book with this host and this property again.

Family Time Well Spent

We used this rental as a place where we could gather as a family and enjoy a long weekend together. The rental was perfect! It provided us with all we needed to cook an early-thanksgiving feast. There were plenty of activities available to keep the children entertained. The house was comfortable and well-stocked and the host made sure to check in and be in contact should we have needed anything. We would book again!

Great house for all kinds of groups

Great house is a gated community. Very nice and safe neighborhood. High walls makes it feel private. Fun games inside and out. Pool and jacuzzi very nice with plenty of toys and chairs. The house has tons of towels including pool towels. Kitchen stocked with all you need for all meals. Kurig machine with kcups was a pleasant touch. Communication was excellent for the few questions we had. Rooms are big and beds are comfy. 4 full baths was convenient. The layout is perfect for many types of groups like guys or girls weekend or large family. Everybody is my group couldnt say enough positive comments. We would definitely stay again.

Family trip

This place was in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. It accommodated our whole group well and we loved having a private pool. There were just a couple of things that we did notice..the cleanliness could use some improvement throughout the house such as the bathrooms and kitchen, and the app for the pool was quite tedious, as well as some of the games needing to be replaced as wear and tear has happened over time. Overall it was a good place and accommodated us well!

Nice home

The home was beautiful and clean on the inside. There was more than enough space for seven of us. The TV’s and speakers were awesome. So was the gaming area and pool table. Plenty to do for everyone. The pool was very nice and great for kids. The exterior yard of the home could use some work. The front and backyard wasn’t very clean and the dead trees in the back could use removal. The pool was great, but the surrounding furniture needed cleaning.

Family vacation 2023

The house fit our needs with the size and bedroom/baths available. My daughter with 2 young children was concerned with the cameras that are around the house (and the head moving owl creeped everyone out- was that a camera as well?) We can understand about the outside cameras but were surprised to find some inside either cameras or motion detectors - not sure which and no explanation or notice of those were given. Did not like that there were no dressers or chairs in the bedrooms and the shelves were either too high or not adequate for our 1 week stay - personally I don't care to keep suitcases on the floor. Also there was not enough seating for our group - no dining room table to speak of only a high top with 6 or 8 chairs (can't remember as they were very uncomfortable for a shorter person) and only 2 counter stools. With a group our size we went through a lot of trash and the cans that were placed outside were never picked up as scheduled (only the recycling) We pulled the trash back into the container area - hopefully they will get picked up soon. The house on the whole was great size and location for our family. We all had a really good time with the area activities. And the pool and sauna were great as well!

Holiday weekend

This is the third time we stayed at this property, and each time gets better and better. There’s always more activities available on the property and is very close to attractions and for family visits, outstanding time, highly recommend.

Fun Times and Family Friendly!!!

This was an amazing home to stay in for a family vacation. The home was perfect for both adults and children and the property was so spacious. The “game” theme kept everyone entertained and allowed for so many fun memories to be made. The pool and hot tub were also a big hit, especially given the very hot weather. We plan to visit again and rent the same home! The property managers were extremely accommodating and great communicators. Awesome family vacation!!!

Great home for a vacation, needs a bit of TLC

Lovely home that is spacious inside and out, had comfortable and clean furniture and beds, and a convenient location in Phoenix. Mostly stocked with everything you need, and extras left by renters. The selling point in our case was the advertised heated pool. The spa and pool had the capacity to be heated, but both were 55 degrees when we moved in (it was cold outside so no help there). Good instructions allowed us to heat the spa within a couple of hours so we used that the first evening and every evening after! But, for future renters, the pool and spa are not "jump in" ready and pool takes quite a few hours to heat.

Sun and fun!

We had the best time at this property. We had four adults and four kids in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved being outside. I recommend paying to heat the pool during the cooler months. Our grandkids swam every day and kept telling me how much they love it. The indoor activities like the Xbox, air hockey, and pool table filled in our remaining time. The owners were easy to work with. They were responsive and accommodating which made our stay that much better. We would stay here again!

Great house for extended family trip!

This is a great property! We had 5 adults and 5 kids 5-12 years old and this house had it all! The pool and hot tub were great as were the outdoor games and indoor air hockey, pool table and video games. Not once did I hear "mom, I'm bored" Total win! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. This is a great property!
