- $450 refundable security deposit, or

- $29/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $150 per stay)

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



The $29/night Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

🏢 Building & Operational Notes

All shared amenities (pools, gym, outdoor spaces, etc.) are managed by the building association and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or operational decisions. These are outside host control.

On rare occasions, maintenance staff may need access to the unit for essential work. These visits are scheduled by building management. Refusal may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

Units are consistently furnished, but slight variations in layout, décor, or design may occur compared to listing photos.

By booking, guests acknowledge that amenity availability is not guaranteed and disruptions may occur.
