- Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and unit availability. A $25 per hour fee applies if approved.

- Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur a $100 per hour fee.

Parking

- Each unit has one assigned parking space. Additional vehicles may use the uncovered spots nearby.

Entertainment

- Smart TV provided for your enjoyment. Streaming services are not pre-signed in, so please use your own accounts and remember to log out before checkout.

Pets

- Pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related hair, damage, or additional cleaning required.

- Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 extra cleaning fee.

Smoking / Vaping Policy

- Smoking is strictly prohibited. A minimum $550 violation fee applies, including $300 for special smoke removal equipment and $250 for additional cleaning.

Noise, Parties & Guests

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

- No parties, events, or unauthorized guests.

- Violation of this policy, including noise complaints, will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
