Welcome to Roll & Roam, a one-of-a-kind 5-bedroom, 2-bath Scottsdale vacation home where every room transports you to a new destination and every space is designed for fun. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this unique retreat combines resort-style outdoor living with endless games and entertainment, making it perfect for family vacations, golf trips, Spring Training, reunions, and group getaways.

Outdoor Living

The backyard is your private Scottsdale oasis. Cool off in the sparkling pool, gather around the fire pit, or challenge your group to putt-putt, cornhole, ping pong, air hockey, pool, and oversized Yahtzee. Fire up the BBQ grill, dine on the covered patio, and enjoy Arizona's beautiful weather from sunrise to sunset.

Indoor Living

The fun continues inside with air hockey, board games, and a custom dining table featuring a hidden Texas Hold 'Em poker surface. Relax in the open-concept living room with a 70-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a sofa pop-up bed for additional sleeping.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, Pack 'n Play, high chair, and ample parking.

Sleeping Arrangements

Each bedroom is inspired by a different destination, making every night part of the adventure.
Bedroom 1: Three Twin Beds + retro game console with 7,000+ pre-loaded games
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed with patio access
Primary Suite: King Bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, patio access, and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Additional Sleeping: Sofa pop-up bed in the living room
A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the remaining bedrooms.

Please leave the automatic pool cleaner in the pool whenever possible. If you remove it while swimming, we kindly ask that you return it afterward. If it will be out for a short time, please place it in the shade to help protect it from the Arizona sun. Thank you!
