'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including
a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'What I didn’t like was , I was booked in a room near the construction noise. When I complained about the noise my room was changed to a room far away from the noise. The question is why not place your customers away from the noise without them asking? Once you run out of rooms, then book near the noise if there is no other option. Also, I called the front desk and asked for additional hangers. After an hour I called again. The third time I asked if I come just come down and pick them up....

'Well the floor below us the third floor was being remodeled and quite a lot of banging which is okay when I asked they said that the fourth floor where I was staying was the finished product well that's scary there's some large stains on the carpet that is old the toilet paper was one ply gross. There's a few things left when you look at the TV from the bed it is the same height or lower than the bed so you have to sit on the edge of the bed to watch the TV if I'm laying in bed my feet are in...

'Ik had een suite geboekt. Het was echt een prachtige maar ook rustige kamer. Mooi ingericht. Met een inloopdouche en een klein keukentje waar je kon koken en met een afwasmachine. Supernetjes en schoon. Goede locatie, vlak bij een wallmart en een hoop andere winkels. We waren er erg blij mee. '
