Birthday weekend.

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 12 of us to stay. Lots to do or just sit by the pool! The manager helped us when we needed help. I would stay here again!

Great home, uncomfortable beds

This home was perfect for our family gathering over thanksgiving. The home itself is amazing, and the outside area was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and patio, and all of the other outside amenities. However, I would consider this a luxury home, but the mattresses and bedding were anything but luxurious. In one bedroom, the mattresses were so thin and uncomfortable that the guests staying there preferred to sleep on the couch instead. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, but the beds could definitely use an upgrade.

Nice but not five star

We were in town for a wedding and rented this house with friends. We were able to check in early which was very nice. To start, the house was beautiful and very large. I absolutely loved that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. The house is not stocked with the kitchen essentials ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. I was expecting the house to have those items so if you rent this house, please keep that in mind. I’m unsure if it was the time of the year with the reseeding or what the issue was but when we arrived, the pool was extremely dirty. The manager indicated the pool cleaner would be coming to clean the pool. He did not show up until the next afternoon so 24 hours later. That was already a day that we could not use the pool. After the cleaner left, the pool was still filthy. All of the cushions and tables outside were dirty from the reseeding and none of the lanterns had batteries in them and were extremely dirty. I spent about two hours the following day vacuuming the cushions, cleaning the lanterns and tables. We also bought new batteries to put in the lanterns and also added a battery to the light on the front of the house as the battery was dead. I also tried wiping the chairs down in the pool but really couldn’t because the pool water was so dirty. We couldn’t use the pool for our entire stay. I do have to add the backyard seating area is fantastic and the place we spent most of our time. The putting green was also a lot of fun. While we enjoyed our time with our guests, and are ok with paying a five star price for a five star house, this is in no way a five star house.

Worst short term rental experience I have had

The customer service from this rental company is awful, When I asked standard questions, they took weeks to get back to me, and when they did get back to me, they gave one-sentence responses that didn't make sense and could be interpreted in several ways. I was told someone would reach out to me 72 hours before the stay to go over check-in directions. 48 hours before my trip, I still didn't hear from anyone, so I msg them on VRBO. I didn't hear anything back, so I had to call VRBO customer service to tell them I was concerned about my upcoming stay. After getting off the phone with customer service, I heard back from the company within 5 minutes. I should not have had to waste my time and contact VRBO to get this company to get back to me. When I booked this house, the listing said 6 bedrooms, but I found out just weeks before our stay the house only had 5 rooms (luckily, some girls dropped out of the trip, so it worked out). The listing also said check out was 11 AM, but I was told check out was 10 AM after arrival. The check-out procedures they give you are very confusing and don't even make sense. The check-in process was cumbersome as you had to meet someone at the house; there was no keypad to lock the door, so you had to coordinate with others to put a key in the lock box outside the home. I paid for a damage protection plan; however, the guy who checked us in told me that they don't work with company protection programs and settle any damages directly with the guest and require you to give them your credit card information at the time of check-in. Which is a SCAM; I securely booked everything with VRBO and shouldn't have to provide any credit card information directly to them. This is why I booked via VRBO for the security of my data. The house itself is beautiful and has plenty of space for large groups. But the beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are overused and just flat. Overall this company should take some courses in Hospitality and effective communication.

The property is a great set up for family and friends to spend quality time, enjoying the sunshine, and playing games. We actually had our own mini Olympics amongst the couples. Highly recommend!

Awesome backyard! Listing needs some corrections

The house is well maintained and the backyard is its best feature. Lots of activities and space. Everything was clean and we had everything that we needed. We were assigned to a property manager (Randi), and she was welcoming and showed us around when we got there. She also was accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours earlier. Some of the information on the VRBO listing is incorrect though: - The listing mentions 6 bedrooms, however there are only 5. 1 master suite, one with a king bed, one with 2 queen beds, one on the casita and finally a 5th one with 2 bunk beds that has only glass doors. This 5th bedroom does not allow for a lot of privacy - probably a curtain should be installed on the glass doors to help with that. - VRBO mentions that check-out is at 11am. The check-out time required by the property manager was actually 10am, and we could not get that extended because there was another group coming. - There is an additional fee if you want the pool heated. We didn't need that because the weather was already very warm, however I think it would be good to have that mentioned on the listing as well. Apart from those gaps, overall a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again.

Great girls getaway

We had a lovely time. Several bumps in the road that were taken care of quickly and efficiently by the property manager, Lisa. The kitchen is spacious and easily accessible to utilize for large groups. The backyard felt like a resort oasis. We were 20 minutes from everything--fabulous restaurants, hot air balloon rides, hiking, etc.

Dream weekend stay as perfect as advertised

I reserved this Paradise Valley Oasis for my best friends bachelor party and I am so pleased that I did. When assessing what we were looking for, the top priority was "an incredible place where we could just enjoy each others company" and this beautiful property delivered 100%. The photos are incredible and yet they struggle to do it justice, when you arrive you are instantly in awe that you get to call it home for a short while. Once you spend some time you also realize that the property itself is very high quality and well taken care of. Nothing is there "just for show" and it truly felt like a luxury home fitted out for someone to live a dream life. Becca and her team were super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and helped me execute on a perfect weekend for my best friend. I cannot think of a better place to spend time with an incredible crew for a weekend.

Great place for friends and family

As the title states, this is a fantastic place to host friends and family. More than enough space for everyone to run around and things for everyone to do. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants, we wanted for nothing.

Amazing 40th birthday!

Thank you for hosting us. The “palace” was perfect to house some middle aged couples, who could nurse hangovers in private and rally to the pool side for some afternoon sun. We had an amputee in our group and the bathroom off the pool side was appreciated for his access.
