The Community backs up to the Scottsdale Greenbelt and Bike Park, community pool, carport, BBQ, hardwood flooring through out, and much more! Close to town, yet very private and quiet community. .

Explore the 15 miles stretch of the Scottsdale Belt Golf Course that takes you up north to the beautiful Gainey Ranch area all the way south to ASU in Tempe.

All of the above ratings are accurate. The only issue is with appliances: a dishwasher that did not drain, a refrigerator that occasionally leaked water onto the floor. There is also a ceiling leak near the fireplace which required cleanup when it rained.

Dark and smelly

The property was in a great location! However, it is much darker than the pictures show which wasn't that big of a deal. In the master bathroom the plumbing needs some fixing. There was a nice double vanity but one of the sinks had a leak. I wouldn't have noticed this except that I was going to put my hair straightener under the sink and I saw that mold on the base of the cabinet and it smelled very badly which was probably what I smelled when I walked in the place. We simply chose not to use that sink but unfortunately the other sink didn't drain well. We enjoyed our stay well enough because we were not in the room but mostly to sleep. The worst part was when I mentioned all this to the property owner through the inbox I never heard anything back. I hope that they will take the responsibility to fix this problem. Other than that it was just very dark and also not cleaned very well. Found garbage from bath products in the shower.

Location

This is a great place for location. It is close to the airport. It is a short drive to Tempe, Old Scottsdale and great hiking. There is also great shopping nearby. The condo was super clean and had everything was clean. The pool is not heated but my family still enjoyed it. The owners are super accommodating and answer questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return next year.

Great place to stay! The townhouse had everything you could possibly need-except a hair dryer. The location was perfect-right next to the Scottsdale Greenbelt, shopping and restaurants close by, and within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale.
