Medical professionals and visitors alike will appreciate the proximity to Mayo Clinic. Outdoor adventurers can enjoy scenic hikes at Pinnacle Peak Park or the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, both offering breathtaking views of the Sonoran Desert. The neighborhood itself is quiet and residential, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to Scottsdale’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Getting Around:
From this North Scottsdale location, access across the Valley is easy with nearby routes including the Loop 101. You’ll reach Old Town Scottsdale in about 20 minutes, Sky Harbor International Airport in roughly 25 minutes, and Kierland Commons or Scottsdale Quarter in under 15 minutes. This home features a private, heated swimming pool available at no additional cost. Heating is complimentary; however, temperatures may vary during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day but can cool overnight due to natural desert conditions.

All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale rigorously enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.

For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door, with additional exterior cameras monitoring side access gates. These devices are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes.

This property also includes a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful neighborhood sound levels. The device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate in advance if you require additional time.

Parking: There is no garage access. Parking is available in the driveway, with daytime street parking permitted.

A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
