The open living and dining areas are designed for comfort and entertainment, with a smart TV in the living room and cozy seating to unwind or enjoy movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a large refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more, making it easy to cook and entertain during your stay.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a pool, putting green, grill, and a dining/lounge area with seating for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors. Board games are provided for added fun and entertainment.

You will have access to the entirety of the home, except for one of the closets which is utilized as storage. Feel free to use all the amenities as you please. We only ask that you respect the home as your own.


PARKING: Driveway or street parking, no access to garage available.

I will not be at the property but I will be around should you need anything!

♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :)
♦Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of $500 will be applied for any violation of this policy.
♦Absolutely NO Parties or events. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized events + additional damages
♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
♦We have two, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front porch and backyard which records video and audio. These are there as a resource in the event of any house violations (ie. unauthorized parties, etc)
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.



Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbour:
This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquillity of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbours while on vacation.
