Lovely Christmas Holiday

The house had plenty of room inside and outside for us to host Christmas breakfast for a family of 25. The house was 5 minutes from the host home, so it was super convenient. The garage space, the spacious laundry room, and the fully stocked kitchen were much appreciated. The owner even left up the Christmas decorations from a previous tenant, including a fully decorated tree, so we did not feel like we were missing out on any Christmas festivities and celebrations. It was a wonderful home to stay in while we were in Arizona.

Arizona first house

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Loved the grapefruit every morning, House was close to shopping and restaurants. Steve was great in answering our questions. Would love to stay there again

Unexpected quality

The pictures of this property don't do it justice. This house is delightful. From exceptionally comfortable beds to a highly responsive and generous landlord, this house was ideal for 3 adults and one tiny cat. It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. I highly recommend this charming house and neighborhood for a relaxing stay and give it a very enthusiastic 5 stars.

Nice home in a peaceful neighborhood.

I found this home was just as described and pictured, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Property Manager showed me around the property before my stay and was easily available if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Fox Crossing Property

My husband and I try to spend the month of March in AZ each year. This year (2022) we stayed in this gem of a home. The two of us really enjoyed this beautiful home. It has everything you need to make you stay more than comfortable. Upon checking in, Steve, the owner, came over and went over all the features of the home and made us feel welcome. You will love this home!

Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful setting!

The property manager was wonderful to work with! Very attentive! The house was so comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Set in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of areas to walk and convenient nearby shopping. Close to many great restaurants and cute downtown Chandler.

Comfortable home in beautiful Chandler

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful home for a month while we explored the area after our recent move from Washington state. The home includes everything needed for an enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. Our two dogs loved the backyard complete with artificial turf lawn. The pictures online are current and represent the property well. Shopping, restaurants and freeways are close by and only 30 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. Steve was an amazing host and very welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.

AMAZING PROPERTY

Another Wonderful Winter Stay

Can't say enough about Steve and Lynda - our hosts. They have a beautiful home which has now become our winter retreat. This is our 2nd winter in their home. Thanks again for putting up with us and our 2 goldens (Lucas and Bentley). They sure love AZ in the winter!!!

Fantastic Rental !!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months while we searched for a home to buy. We have had many short term rentals and this one is a gem. It is a comfy house equipped with everything you need and is beautifully decorated. Not too big, not too small. Steve was fantastic and always available. If something needed attention, he was easy to reach and promptly took care of it. Neighborhhood is quiet, freeways are close and accessible, amenities are nearby and a park is just around the corner. Loved the tranquil backyard - there is lots of privacy, a relaxing fountain, a garden and grapefruit trees. Also, home is clean - not always the case with rentals. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Perfect In Every Way!

4/5/18 Just got home after 30 days in this beautiful home and we miss it already. The house is beautifully decorated and the house layout is perfect with the Master on one side of the house for privacy and the other two in a different wing. The backyard is very private too. The other plus are all the walking paths with generous green spaces in between. The location is perfect too with plenty of shopping. We are going back next year for 6 weeks! Can’t wait! So appreciate the availability of the owner too. Very easy to work with.

Awesome Home

What can we say but absolutely fantastic. We have stayed at numerous VRBO homes over the past 5 years and those homes don't even compare or hold a candlestick to the wonderful experience and we had at this home. We stayed for 2 months (Jan and Feb) and enjoyed every minute of our stay as well as our golden retriever, Lucas. The home is definitely a home away from home and better. It was so comfortable and beautifully furnished. Steve was wonderful to work with from the moment we first communicated with him until our checkout.. If there were any issues that might have come up, he handled them immediately. We have already booked for next year and plan on making this our winter get away for many years to come. Thanks for everything, Steve.

Truly a Tuscan style villa

This house is exacted as advertised, clean and loaded with everything you can imagine. Better then a first class resort. We stayed almost 6 weeks and loved every minute. The house is warm and inviting and our family (and dogs, dog friendly home ) loved it. Great quiet neighborhood convenient to everything. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Steve for sharing your villa with us.

Wonderful Stay Again

This was the second year we stayed here and it was as the saying goes "home away from home" the beds are very comfortable .. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need ... the house is very roomy ... the neighborhood is quiet ... you'll like Steve and he is always available if you need him for anything!

The house was beautiful. It is located in a great area with parks and walkways all around.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very pet friendly, even having a doggie door. Located in a great area, well kept up, beautifully furnished. Steve was great to work with. I would highly recommend this property for a home away from home

A Diamond in the Desert

My husband and I come to Chandler every March ... This is a perfect vacation house...a true "home away from home" Steve the owner was there to greet us and was only a phone call away if we needed him ... Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, the house provided everything we needed. Very well-equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable beds with high quality bedding ...we enjoyed the month we spent here. We look forward to spending more time at this special house in the future.

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful month in a beautiful home, the rooms were all decorated and very homey. The neighbor hood was all so quiet and very pretty, grocery store was not far from house and neither was the ice cream store. I highly recommend! Kitchen was a joy to use, everything you needed was there. Home was very well kept and clean. Never had to contact owner because everything was in order when we arrived.
