Extra Guests? Only the Ones You Mentioned, Please!
You booked for two? We’re expecting two. You bring a friend or two over for a quick visit? Cool! You invite half of Scottsdale? Not cool. Unlisted guests will be charged an imaginary fee of “awkward phone call from me.”

Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM (Shh…)
We love a good Netflix binge as much as anyone, but keep the volume friendly after 9 PM. Your neighbors will thank you, and you’ll avoid the “noisy guest” badge. Trust us—it’s not as glamorous as it sounds.

No Smoking Inside Unless You’re a Slice of Bacon
We’re smoke-free indoors! Smoking is for bacon, not buildings. Take it outside to the designated area if you need a puff, and please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
