Whether you’re here for Spring Training, golfing, hiking or biking in one of the many trails, or just for some well-deserved rest and relaxation, you’ve come to the right place!

Settle in from the moment you arrive. The front living room is designed for relaxing with oversized seating, an indoor fireplace perfect for cool Arizona evenings, and a picture window that frames the neighborhood's iconic tree-lined streets.

Kitchen
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen stocked with everything from your morning coffee setup to dinner party essentials. Pots, pans, blender, toaster, baking dishes, Tupperware, wine glasses, salad bowls, dish towels, and utensils — all included. Just show up and cook.

Bedrooms
Four spacious bedrooms with plush mattresses and hotel-quality bedding you'll want to take home. Three queens, one king master suite, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 10.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms stocked with fluffy towels, hair dryer, Eco friendly bath products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.

Backyard

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have one security camera at front door, one by the pool to monitor pool equipment and one by garage.. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.

To maintain our beautiful grounds, please note that we do have weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crew onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to backyard and front yard of property. Days may vary. Please reach out if you have questions.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars.
No pets without prior approval, including service animals. We do allow one dog with a $200 non refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
Pool heating available for an additional $125/day heated up to 85F, 48-hour advance notice required. / Spa heating is FREE
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
