'The hotel was comfortable and well appointed. There was no staff. The communication, check in etc was all digital which went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again. The location was great'

'The location of the property was excellent! The room we had was clean. Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available. Our air conditioner did not work properly and woke us up throughout the night.'

'My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson. They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation. I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience. A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling.'

'AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. The 10 of 10 reviews on Expedia have to be fake!!!!! This hotel at one time might have deserved a decent rating but those days are not the current situation. The hotel corridors smell of animal feces and there is also a strong smell of mold. Vagrants were congregated on the front (no longer functioning) hotel entrance and around the building. The front desk is not continually staffed which eliminates and possibility of building security and the elevator does not limit...

'This is a nice simple place to stay at when what you are looking for is a nice bed and a clean bathroom and a good location. If you want the four seasons or a spa, this is not for you. But you’re looking for a nice simple place to use as your homebase while you’re visiting Hudson this is an excellent choice.'
