"We had a lovely stay at the Greenacre Hotel, with service being a real highlight especially in the bar. The welcoming drin was a great touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly, smiling, and approachable. Even the other guests in the bar and casino were warm and welcoming, which created a really nice atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We arrived quite late on our first night (around 10:30 pm) after spending the evening exploring the city, and it was really appreciated to have the flexibility of a smooth late check-in. The bathroom is very large, which we loved. A small note on the shower: the water is nice and hot, but don’t expect strong pressure. If you’ve spent a long day at the beach and need a really good hair wash, this is something to keep in mind. We enjoyed the space and felt safe in the area throughout our stay. Having a grocery store and bottle shop right next door was very convenient. Public transport is also easy, with bus stops nearby and the train station not far. On our second day, we used public transport to get into the city and found it super easy and efficient. One downside for us was the lack of room service during our stay. There was no refill of coffee or water, and we weren’t able to get fresh towels even though we left a note on the door clearly requesting basic service only, not a full room clean. This was a bit disappointing, especially over multiple nights. Overall, a comfortable and welcome stay!"
