The hotel said that the internet connection was good. Upon arrival at the hotel, the internet connection was horrible. Both Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris refuse to give me back my money. I feel scammed, lied to and not being treated in a fair way by Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris.'

'The EG staff are very helpful and excellent with their work. Our rooms are clean and aesthetic. The place is close to restaurant and shopping centre, where easy to go around and navigate the area. If there’s a chance will stay again and recommend the place. Thank you for the service!'

'The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and had all the basic ammenities including A/C, hot water on demand, wi-fi and a television. Street side rooms might be a bit noisyer, but the street is gated shut at night. Overall, very good value for the money if you are looking for a place to spend the night while in Manila.'
