We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars made it easy to unpack/pack and easier to manage than street parking. Hosts were very responsive to questions or requests…e.g. we had some snow/ice and were wondering about salting. Turns out there was someone outside when we were sending the message! Also, there is a large grocery store just a few blocks away as well as CVS, making it easy to stock up. Again, this property was definitely set up for handling lots of people. Oh…the front porch, back deck and yard would likely have been a real bonus in warmer weather. Overall… A very nice stay and would consider again if we had similar needs.

Phillies Trip

The house is spacious and suitable for 4 adults and could accommodate possibly 2 more. Some serious cleaning is needed, bathrooms need some maintenance (toilet seats, shower heads, mildew). Upstairs AC was a bit insufficient, overhead fans helped. Neighbors had leaf blower running Friday night from midnight to 1AM then sat outside talking so loud it kept those in the master bedroom awake until 3 AM. Then Saturday night same neighbors parked to partially block our driveway which is severely narrow, and they partied with loud speaker system until after 3 AM again. The rest of the week we assumed they finally had to go to work because they were quiet. Driveway is very unsafe as it is narrow and lined both sides with large protruding rocks, a bush on one side and a pole that you have to navigate around. We had a large 4 person truck so backing in was the only way to make this work. All passengers had to get out at the sidewalk so then the driver had to get out and face the rocks etc. Parking on street was impossible because it’s posted as No Street Parking from 3 to 6 AM. Get rid of the rocks for safety reasons!

not what was expected

Says house sleeps 12 more like 8. Sofa pull out really uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. living room couch torn and stained. No tables in living room to place a drink on. Picture of back yard deceiving. Neighborhood is not what you expect when you pay a premium price. Quiet time was only for you neighbors were loud until after midnight

Girls weekend

The property was a perfect place for 6 of us to gather for a weekend together. The house was clean and spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly want. The host was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Didn’t stay nor entered the property. Neighbor hood was horrible and appeared not safe and Miss leading to what was shown on VRBO.The reviews had to be false because locations was definitely not the same information as it was shown…Definitely not the poconos

Cozy and comfortable…

The house is incredibly spacious and smells amazing throughout. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, making it perfect for cooking or gathering. The backyard is beautifully maintained and offers a great space to relax. The host has thoughtfully provided everything you might need, and their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless. This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Holiday Week in Lansdowne

My family (3 adults and a 10-month old) and a friend stayed for a week between Christmas and New Years at this property. They enjoyed it immensely. It was spacious, clean and well-located. The bedrooms were accommodating for the group. The kitchen, dining room and living room were great. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishware. There is a Giant and Target nearby for provisions. My family did not use the yard as it was winter but it was large and good for kids. Communications with the owner were great as well throughout. I’d recommend this property highly.

Holiday Stay

My siblings and children traveled from out of town so we would all be together for Christmas after losing our mother unexpectedly. I had booked another property in another state and the canceled last minute. I was fortunate to find this property, which was warm welcoming, and as close to feeling like home as it could be.The host was a great communicator and the property was very, clean which is always a plus.It was roomy enough for the whole group to play games together and have a great time!Definitely worth the stay.

Exactly as promised

We had a large group and this was a great stay. Everything was there, even coffee. Streaming services, WiFi, all the amenities. Beautiful property and owners were extremely easy to work with, very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks for making the stay easy.

Great experience!

Very well maintained home, at the parking owner was extremely communicative both before and throughout our stay, but very important and timely answers that we were looking for. Almost every room has a tv, great internet, and was extremely clean. Driveway was only one car wide which was a challenge, but overall we're very happy and look forward to returning in a few months!

Week Long Philly Stay

The property was as advertised but when we got there it was flooding from heavy rain. The property manager quickly cleaned the water and made sure no more got in. Everything else besides some cosmetic issues made the stay enjoyable.

Well-maintained and nicely decorated home. Backyard was beautiful with lighting and heaters. Only parking for 3 cars since there was no street parking from 3am - 5am. Weird smoky smell when we turned the heat on.

Excellent stay

My family enjoyed the home. It looks much better in person. Beds were comfortable and the home is very nice. The yard is big, we really enjoyed our stay. The host communicated with us. This property is excellent.
