Good location - easy walk to UPenn and Center City, restaurants, river walk etc. The apartment was at the rear of the building so quiet. It was functionally equipped for the most part especially as we were out most of the time. The host was quick to resolve issues when we requested basic items that were missing (I think it has recently been set up). So it is now equipped with clothes hangers, tea towels and a bath mat! There were no drinking glasses only children’s plastic beakers and coffee mugs. The host felt glasses weren’t necessary which was a bit odd if hosting professional adults! The living area and bedroom were as pictured. Everything worked. The bathroom is small but functional. The building’s shared entrance and hallway were tired but the apartment was fine.
