The room was nice and clean, and I appreciated being allowed to check in about 20 minutes early since I was already there.
That said, I was really disappointed by a few policies and how issues were handled during my stay. The policy of not providing extra towels unless I paid additional fees was frustrating especially since there was no washer in the unit, and I was not allowed to use the washer located right outside the door. For a 5-day stay, that felt unreasonable.
More importantly, during my stay there was a weather warning and the unit was extremely cold because the heat did not work properly. I reached out multiple times, but I kept being asked for the “exact problem,” even though I repeatedly explained that the heater wasn’t working and the apartment was freezing. The only response I received was that the team would be informed, but the issue was never resolved. I ended up getting sick with a sore throat and fever, and the bedding provided also wasn’t warm enough for the conditions.
Overall, while the place was clean, the guest support and problem-solving were not up to a basic hosting standard. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve how you handle essential needs like heat and longer-stay supplies like towels, because this experience was not acceptable.
