'Vending machines never worked, lights on elevators were half working, continental breakfast was a joke, water pressure really weak. Bathtub and sink drain stopped up, couch in room was dirty and desk chair was stained. Mattress on both beds were hard and awful to sleep on. Equipment in gym was broken and wobbly and could accommodate only two people at a time. Probably will never use this hotel again.'

'I’ve stayed at the Lodge several times in the past. All of those stays were OK to Wonderful. This time I was a solo with my hands full with my luggage. I was assigned room 4303. I was with a group, so I didn’t want to hold the rest up while I settled in. As I headed for my room, I noted the lack of any staff to help in any way with finding my room. I entered the South Hall and roamed to the end of the hall to find two sets of stairs and a landing on the other side of a door. Surely they didn’t...

'I had an amazing stay! The hotel was very relaxing, comfortable, and provided the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I wish there were an alternative option available for guests who are unable to make it during the scheduled hours. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!'

'Only had a one night stay and didn’t get to use the property other than the sleeping there but the place was very clean and comfy. It was very packed during check in but the system they had helped speed things up. Didn’t know it was more like a time share property when I booked and of course they try to get you to sit through a sales pitch but weren’t to pushy on it. We opted out due to time constraints. I would definitely stay here again and hope I can do it for a longer stay next time and try...

'Great Wolf lodge is very kid friendly and I like that the bands open the door. The kids liked that too cause they get to unlock the door themselves. We will return again soon.'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '
