'Great stay, nice people at the frontdesk.'

'The room was clean and everything worked. The staff was friendly. Room stay included breakfast. It was typical hotel fare but with longer hours than usual which was convenient. The hallway carpets were filthy and never vacuumed during our 6 day stay. Same with the stairs. Had a washer and dryer which is atypical except at long-stay facilities but the dryer was broken.'

'Had a great time at this resort. The pools were very nice, as were the hot tubs and saunas. We didn't have time to explore much as we were only there for one night, but we made full use of the amenities during that time. Would definitely stay again.'

'Staff were friendly and location was great, but the AC didn’t work properly and the tv didn’t work at all. But bonus is that they have cookies in the lobby!'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Check-in is at the exact time given. The assistant had to call the manager to tell us just that. When we came back at 3 PM, the assistant was about to leave in the golf cart. Nice lady, but doesn't have enough guidance for what I see. Quiet location, clean. Assigned parking.'

'Just in Williamsburg for one night. This plane had the Kiefer price and location. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Great rooms!!'
