Charming Spanish/Mediterranean Casita

Completely separate from the main home, it features Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and stove, as well as a washer and dryer. The equipped kitchen has an eat-in dining area attached to a cozy living room with flat screen T.V. and a comfy, plush sofa. Off the living area, there is a quaint, private balcony ideal for relaxing after full day of site seeing. We use high quality linens and towels for our guests. Hassle-free and easy check- in with lock box, and complete privacy.

Wine country birthday!

Great, once again

We have enjoyed our second 2-week stay at Cat and Steve's apartment. It is comfortable, private , with a super comfortable bed. Catherine is entirely responsive and helpful with any questions or items you might needs. We cook for ourselves a lot and the kitchen is very livable. There is also a very nice 2-person jacuzzi bathtub although we didn't use it that much. One caveat: If you find stairs difficult, there is an outdoor staircase going up to the apartment over the garage We're in our early 80s and don't find it difficult, but if you have a mobility problem, it's probably not a good place for you. Other than that, I am very happy we found this place.

Very nice upstairs bungalow in a great neighborhood. Parking on the street but no problem finding a spot even on weekends. Close to town. Well appointed with everything needed to have a comfortable stay.

Very romantic hideaway

I would promote this as a romantic bungalow. The double jacuzzi with the candles, the fireplace, and the overall comfiness of the place. The full kitchen was stocked well. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Perfect Place for a visit to Petaluma

The only thing to note is the bath tub/ shower one needs to be careful getting in and out. A hand hold would be helpful. That being said I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week

I loved my week at Catherine’s apartment. It’s a fabulous neighborhood and a great walk to the downtown area. The apartment is peaceful and quiet and private. I loved the kitchen space and the outdoor deck for drinking morning coffee and writing in my journal. Catherine is an exceptional host and I would love to return one day!

A beautiful apartment in Petaluma

We were so happy to stay here when we visited. The apartment was a ten minute walk from downtown. Everything was very accessible. The bed was sooooo comfortable! There is nothing I could fault here. I highly recommend staying here. We certainly will on our next trip!

Sweet Petaluma Casita

This is a spacious, fully equipped, one bedroom apartment above a garage. There is a sweet little deck off the front that is shaded in the afternoon and a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Our host, Cat, was quick to respond to email and text. It is a bit of a walk into town but very manageable. We chose this location because it is close to family who live in the area. It will be are go to for future visits!

Retreat near the coast

This is a very comfortable one bedroom pad. it's very clean and well equipped. The hosts were very accommodating. The location was idea for us. We took several 30 to 45 minute drives to the coast for site seeing and hiking. The short walk from here to downtown Petaluma provided views of beautiful old homes and landscaped yards. Loved it!

Has Everything You Need!

This was a nice, quiet place with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom. It has a private entrance so you can come and go as you need. I highly recommend this place.
