CASA GIÒ is a modern and functional studio apartment, tastefully furnished and designed to ensure a comfortable stay for travelers from all over the world. Located in the center of Pescara in Via Trilussa 44, in a quiet residential area, in just two minutes on foot you can reach the sea, the city center and the pedestrian area full of shops, restaurants and clubs. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift available up to the fourth floor and consists of a single well-organized room with an open kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, various utensils and a dining table. The living area offers a comfortable and welcoming double sofa bed, perfect for quality rest after a busy day. The private bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The large windows offer a view of the Pescara skyline. The house is equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Prime and other platforms (using your own credentials) and a custom-made wardrobe to conveniently store your personal effects. Always fresh, clean sheets, blankets and towels are included. There is an air conditioning system with hot and cold split for maximum comfort in every season in addition to the centralized condominium heating. Since the house is in a central area, free parking is not always guaranteed but there is paid parking nearby or at the Central Station. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of two people, making it ideal for couples, friends or those traveling for work. Pets are not allowed, and at the end of each stay the house is carefully cleaned and disinfected. . City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
