'A few minutes outside the city walls, but a steep walk to the center. Easy free parking, quiet comfortable room with a great breakfast that you order the night before. Friendly, accommodating staff.'

'Stayed three days. Early September as a couple. Room and service superb. Friendly staff. Helpful and welcoming Breakfast was fresh and buffet style. No restaurant but across the road and 50 yards away is a great friendly rustic place. The views are stunning from the outside sitting area. Will come again. '

'È una bellissima struttura immersa nel verde ma poco distante da tante attrazioni turistiche quale ad esempio Urbino. La camera che poi erano due camere era immacolate e sostanzialmente nuove dotate anche di un certo fascino. La colazione offerta è stata eccezionale per qualità equantita ... Il tutto condito da una grande accoglienza '

'Der Gastgeber und das Haus sind außergewöhnlich. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das tolle Frühstück wird im Garten serviert. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, es gibt nur 3 Zimmer. Vor dem Haus findet man leicht einen Parkplatz, das centro storico ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. '

'Bellissima villa in posizione panoramica. immersa nel verde. recentemente ristrutturata. gestori gentilissimi. Molto bella e pulita la piscina. Unica nota negativa nella suite climatizzatore centralizzato e quindi attivato e disattivato dalla proprietà e vasca da bagno non comodissima.'

'Mansarda spaziosa, molto accogliente e ben attrezzata. La crostata fatta in casa dalla proprietaria per la colazione ha reso il soggiorno ancora più dolce;-)'

'What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. '
