Winter is one of the most peaceful times to enjoy Mandurah’s beaches, cafés and relaxed coastal lifestyle.
A car is recommended for exploring Mandurah and the surrounding coastal areas. Free parking is available at the property.
Beaches, cafés, coastal walks and Mandurah Foreshore are all within a short drive. Perth is approximately one hour away by car, and Mandurah Train Station provides rail connections to Perth city and Perth Airport via public transport.
The surrounding area is ideal for beach days, coastal drives, fishing, boating and relaxed weekend escapes.
Security & verification
- Guests are required to complete a quick ID verification prior to arrival. A $750 security hold is placed and released after departure once the property has been checked.
- The security deposit or security hold is not a limit of the Guest's liability. Guests remain fully responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing any damage, specialist cleaning, odour remediation, pest treatment, replacement of furnishings, loss of income or any other losses arising from their stay, regardless of whether those costs exceed the amount of the security deposit.
- Security deposits are determined according to the nature and duration of the booking. Extended stays, insurance accommodation and other higher-risk bookings may require a higher security deposit to reflect the increased occupancy period and potential impact on the property. The required security deposit will be advised before arrival.
Pets are permitted only with the Manager's prior written approval. Dogs are generally accepted at designated pet-friendly properties, subject to the applicable pet fee and these House Rules. Cats and any other animals require specific written approval before arrival and may be declined at the Manager's discretion. Approval of one type of pet does not constitute approval of any other animal. $150 per pet per stay.
Guests travelling with pets must ensure that pets remain off beds and upholstered furniture, are appropriately supervised, and do not cause damage to the property. Cats must use a suitable litter tray at all times. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their pets.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional fees.
Please note the home is located in a residential area, so guests are asked to enjoy the property respectfully.
External security cameras are positioned at the front entrance and garage area only. There are no internal cameras.
